STATUS / 01

NOVA is a nominated cabinet

NOVA is a nominated student-union cabinet for 2026–2027. Unless and until the school or relevant election authority formally confirms the result, references to the “cabinet”, “members”, and policy describe the candidate team and its public platform. They do not mean NOVA has been elected, appointed, or is exercising official student-union authority.

STATUS / 02

How to read policy and progress

The policy records the candidate team’s commitments and direction, not measures already approved by the school. Progress statuses should distinguish ideas, work in progress, completion, and items requiring third-party approval; formal arrangements remain subject to announcements from the school or relevant authority.

STATUS / 03

When formal status changes

An authorised editor verifies the result against a formal election or school announcement.
Update this page, the homepage, cabinet page, and any wording that could imply status.
Record the effective date and source; retain nominated-cabinet wording until verification is complete.
